ATM & POS Access
The Debit Card allows cardholders to enjoy all the benefits of an account-linked card: ATM withdrawals, use at points-of-sale and the security of a card, versus cash.
E-Wallet Solutions
The Debit Cards are also perfect for digital wallet solutions, company petty-cash cards, students, short-contract seasonal workers and even employees who may not qualify for full-FICA bank accounts.
Branding
You can even opt to have your own logo branded onto the cards, making it a perfect solution for schools, universities and corporate requirements.
How does it work?
1. Apply for Cards
Collate your employees’ details and submit the application details for each applicant to Debit Card Solutions.
2. Cards Activated
We capture the applicants details, open their accounts and activate their cards.
3. Cards Issued
We will now issue you with cards for each employee, or you can buy and hold your own card stock, ready to be issued once we have activated each card.
4. Cards Distributed
You may now issue the cards to your employees, each of whom will receive a welcome letter with instructions and guidelines.
5. Pay into the Card Accounts
You can now pay wages/salaries into their accounts – the days of dispensing cash are over!

Debit Card LITE
- Savings Account
- “FICA Light” E17-exemption account
- Only SA ID Doc / Smart ID or Passport & Work Permit is required to open the account
- No debit orders may be processed against this account
Debit Card PLUS
- Savings Account
- Full FICA Account
- Proof of Address with either SA ID Doc / Smart ID or Passport & Work Permit is required to open this account
- Debit orders may be processed against this account
- The cards are also perfect for digital wallet solutions, company petty-cash cards, students, short-contract seasonal workers and even employees who may not qualify for full-FICA bank accounts.
